It’s the day before the battle and I don’t know how we are going to win we are 300 escaped slaves and we are going to try and fight the Spanish army and from what I have heard they are sending in 2000 of their best soldiers. We have blow darts, spears and machetes and they have gun’s, cannons and the slaves that the Spanish army have brought.

The battle is over and we have won, the Spanish army has offered us a truce by giving us an island where all of the slaves can be free.
